HAAR, Germany, Nov. 25, 2019 — Laser Displacement Sensor SoftwareWAVE Vibro software from attocube systems AG is designed for the IDS3010 laser displacement sensor software to measure linear motions of a target with nm-accuracy.

The PTB- und NIST-traceable interferometer is based on patented Fabry-Pérot technology and performs long-range displacement measurements up to 5 m with bandwidth of up to 10 MHz. The WAVE Vibro software package offers a broad variety of tools for displaying and saving the measurement data.

Transforming the IDS3010 into a sophisticated laser vibrometer suitable for detecting high-frequency vibrations and oscillations, it visualizes the frequency spectrum and offers multiple options for power spectral density analysis. For convenient post-processing, the spectra can be directly exported into csv format.
