BEDFORD, N.H., Nov. 1, 2021 — Laser Functional Trimming PlatformThe LFT-500 Series Laser Functional Trimming Platform from Bold Laser Automation Inc. is designed for the manufacture of precision sensor devices in the medical, aerospace, and commercial markets.

The cost-effective system provides enhanced process capability for facilities. Built for high-precision throughput, the three wavelengths of 355, 532, and 1064 nm are available, covering UV to NIR. When functionally trimming, the particular parameter is continuously measured and compared with the set value. Once the set value is reached, the laser cut stops automatically. Almost all output signals can be adjusted to their target value via the LFT-500 Series tool, in conjunction with appropriate measuring equipment.
