SELMSDORF, Germany, July 29, 2013 — The M1000 by FOBA Laser Marking + Engraving is a compact desktop or cart-mounted laser workstation for marking small- to medium-sized parts, workpieces and batches for the automotive, medical, and tool and metal industries.

The Class 1 marking station, which is large enough to process workpieces measuring 450 × 250 × 200 mm, comes equipped with a programmable Z-axis (for positioning the marking laser), a small work table (450 × 250 mm), and a wide-opening lift door that enables loading and unloading at virtually table height.

Compatible with various fiber marking lasers, the workstation is supplied with integrated lighting, an exhaust nozzle and a large, laser-safe window that allows the operator to maintain an overview during the marking process. On request, the M1000 can be equipped with a rotation axis.
