BOZEMAN, Mont., Dec. 15, 2015 — Laser Micromachining HeadsQuantum Composers Inc. has announced a line of laser micromachining heads for semiconductor applications, defect removal and line cutting.

The systems feature an integrated Jewel diode-pumped solid-state Nd:YAG laser, a unibody all-in-one form factor, and a robust mechanical and optical design for manufacturing and repair applications. The three micromachining head models adjust to a variety of applications including ablation, semiconductor failure analysis, thin film transistor and LCD, color filter and cell/liquid crystal module, and organic LED repair.

The systems were designed to offer flexible technology with dual or multiple wavelengths, independent or dual attenuation, and fixed or adjustable polarization.
