Laser Power DetectorGreenteg AG has announced the gRAY B0.5-SC laser power detector for OEM applications.

The device measures up to 500 mW on a surface of 2 × 2 mm2, and is available as a bare die component or mounted on a printed circuit board for easy OEM system integration. They measure in a spectral range from 190 nm to 15 µm and have no angle dependence.

The detectors can be reflow soldered like a surface mount device component, allowing straightforward mechanical and electrical system integration.
