ZURICH, Aug. 17, 2015 — GreenTeg AG gRAY seriesLaser powers down to 100 μW can be measured by compact and robust bare die detectors in the gRAY series from GreenTeg AG.

The B01-SMC and the B05-SMC detector models contain sensors for continuously monitoring module temperature. Optimal electrical, mechanical and thermal coupling is ensured by the detector's reflow soldering onto a metal-core printed circuit board, which can be mounted onto any heat sink inside the laser system with two screws.

The B0.5-SC can detect powers up to 500 mW on an area of 2 mm2, while the C100-HW can measure powers up to 100 W with a rise time of 200 ms for wavelengths ranging from the UV to mid-infrared.
