QUEBEC CITY, June 6, 2016 — Laser Power MeterGentec Electro-Optics Inc. has added the Pronto-Si to its Pronto series of compact laser power meters. The Pronto-Si features a 1-cm2 silicon sensor for measuring very low powers. When combined with the Integrated Slide-In OD1 Attenuator, the total power range of the device extends from 0.3 nW to 800 mW.

The pocket-sized device is 6 mm thick, and features a noise level of 10 pW and a color LCD touchscreen.
