Laser Precision DrillThe LPD1200 Laser Precision Drill from BOLD Laser Automation Inc. is designed for domestic laser materials processing of critical applications in filtration, inkjet, and precision drug delivery.

The system provides a cost-effective solution for U.S. domestic filtration, inkjet, and medical device manufacturers who are looking to add tools for pulmonary drug delivery, atomization, filtration, inkjet nozzles, and other critical drug delivery applications. A precision galvanometer scanner is featured with a 150- × 150-mm field size and XY table configurations up to 30 × 30 in., along with modular process heads that shift the tool from drilling holes down to 1.25 µm and upward to >0.5 mm.

The LPD1200 can be configured with various laser technologies to meet specific material processing requirements.
