DIETIKON, Switzerland, Aug. 15, 2014 — Allowing for precise focal lengths over a wide temperature range, the EL-10-42-LP laser processing lens from Optotune provides optical feedback with electric focus tunability.

Galvo scanners are combined with large scan volumes and small spot sizes to deliver 3-D marking. The marking area can be increased and the achievable spot size reduced, while the large focus tuning range enables large marking volumes.

The EL-10-42-LP features fast response times in the range of milliseconds, enabling 3-D laser processing and precise switching between different marking surfaces.
