OLCHING, Germany, Oct. 21, 2015 — Laser Components GmbH has announced EVER-GUARD laser protective curtains made of metal panels that can be mounted to the ceiling or moved freely.

The panels are 25 cm wide with hinges on both sides and are available in any height. The honeycomb-like surface structure absorbs and disperses laser radiation. The material is suited for all standard wavelengths.

The protection levels of the curtains correspond to those of the PT-EVG material used in metal screens. The power density is 12 MW/m2.
