The g2T laser scan system by LIMO (Lissotschenko Mikrooptik) GmbH features a rapid “Gaussian-to-top hat” converter.

The device is designed for laser direct structuring of 6-in. solar cells with single-mode lasers at 532 nm. It has a 160-mm2 scan field with a 75 µm2spot size.

It is capable of delivering laser structuring at a scan speed of 20 m/s. It also features a closed optical core with integrated galvo mirrors, a customized f-theta lens and the flexibility to program and modify solar cell design.
