Laser Welding SystemThe EvoWeld Mini from Evosys Laser GmbH is a compact, tabletop laser welding machine for plastics that processes small batches such as prototypes or assemblies with low volumes.

With a footprint of 320 × 663 mm² and a height of 533 mm, the system complies with Laser Class 1, which does not require additional protective equipment during operation. The laser, cooling, beam shaping and guiding, and the necessary control components are integrated in the housing. To increase flexibility and operability, the EvoWeld Mini is equipped with a galvanometer scanner, which enables the contour and quasi-simultaneous welding process variants commonly used. Weld contours are programmed and adapted using the intuitive EvoLaP process software.
