Zecotek.jpgZecotek Photonics Inc. has introduced a laser spectrometer for nano- and biotechnological applications. The model TIS/DYE-FD-08/A-scan spectrometer’s widely tunable CW intracavity frequency-doubled laser and wavelength selectors eliminate the need for additional photodetectors and simplify full automatic control. The device features up to 4 W of power in the visible and NIR and up to 0.5 W in the blue/UV ranges. It produces less than 0.001-nm resolution and a <1-GHz base source emission line. The laser covers from 275 to 1100 nm, and users may select the wavelength and control the nonlinear crystals with a wavelength meter and a closed-loop feedback system.
