StockerYale Inc. has released the Lasiris T-MFL micro-focus laser to project telecentric laser line patterns as thin as 9.0 µm at 1/e2.StockerYale.jpg

The laser uses refractive uniform line generator optics without beam clipping and delivers a line length up to 60 mm. The highly efficient optical system features line widths that remain constant along line lengths and offers uniform intensity distribution.

It has mechanical stability, ESD protection and features a fully protected integrated diode driver. It operates from -10 to 48 °C, has a diode power of 100 mW and a wavelength of 660 nm.

It is suitable for applications that require accuracy and precision, including machine vision, biodetection, industrial inspection, three-dimensional contour mapping, solar cell inspection, high precision surface analysis and precision inspection of small parts.
