Labsphere Hands-On WorkshopeIf you are working with LEDs or SSL lighting products of any type, attending a Labsphere Hands-On Light Metrology workshop will help you to:

   •  Give you and your business a competitive advantage
   •  Understand the jargon and metrics used to express light and lighting
   •  Learn best practices to meet national requirements and IES Test and Measurement Guidelines
   •  Understand the equipment and functions needed to perform metrology of light sources
   •   Gain hands-on experience making accurate measurements of flux, color and intensity
   •   Properly express the performance of your products

With the knowledge gained in these workshops, attendees will be equipped to specify products correctly, measure product color accurately, understand photometric measurements and communicate effectively both with suppliers and customers. Overall, you gain a competitive advantage in your job and for your company. The regional workshops are split between presented materials and then applying the knowledge gained to practice hands-on with the latest, state-of-the art measurement equipment (Goniospectrometer, Integrating Sphere Light Metrology System and Software).
