Light Power MetersThe RTGOM series of multiprotocol light power meters/optical monitors from L and M Instruments LLC features four models with an 8-decade dynamic range based on an intelligent, high-speed, autoranging light-sensing front end.

The RTGOM-02-GaP monitors from 190 to 450 nm and is targeted at UV protection coatings. RTGOM-02-Si monitors from 350 to 1100 nm and is targeted at metal deposition monitoring. RTGOM-02-InGaAs monitors from 0.9 to 2.6 μm, and is targeted at moisture and adhesive coating thickness monitoring. RTGOM-02-InAsSb monitors from 2.5 to 5 μm, and is targeted at moisture and adhesive coating thickness monitoring.
