Light Sheet Imaging SystemThe Tilt light sheet imaging system from Mizar Imaging LLC can be added to any inverted microscope.

The Tilt is based on the Lateral Interference Tilted Excitation (LITE) illumination system. The Tilt has been specifically designed to work with most microscope objectives, especially high NA objectives with an NA of 1.4 or higher, enabling high resolution.

The Tilt is suited to image a wide range of model organisms including C. elegans, D. melanogaster, and D. rerio, among others. In addition, the Tilt images photosensitive, intracellular dynamics in cellular monolayers.
