Light Sheet for Cleared TissueThe ct-dSPIM is a flexible and easy-to-use light sheet microscope configuration optimized for imaging large cleared samples. The sample is mounted horizontally on an XYZ stage. Two multi-immersion dipping objective lenses are held in an upright “V” geometry for light sheet illumination and detection. The lenses work in all media, including water, glycerol, CLARITY, CUBIC, ECi, DBE, and BABB.
