Wyatt Technology Corp. has released its latest dynamic light scattering instrument, the DynaPro NanoStar. Its multimode fiber design features a dedicated static light scattering detector that measures hydrodynamic radii and absolute molecular weights. It offers a temperature control stability of >0.01 °C over a range from 4 to 150 °C and can change temperatures as quickly as 15 °C/min. When operating below ambient temperatures, it employs a dual-valve dry nitrogen flow that can keep the cell dry and dust-free.
