WATERLOO, Ontario, July 16, 2015 — Teledyne Dalsa Linea 16kTeledyne Dalsa (part of Teledyne Technologies Corp.) has announced the Linea 16k high-resolution line-scan camera, featuring 3.5-μm pixels and an acquisition line rate of 48 kHz.

The camera offers high response in the visible and near-infrared wavelengths, along with multiple user coefficient and flat-field correction calibration sets. Independent regions of interest are also featured.

Applications include uses in the machine vision market as well as inspection for high-resolution printed circuit boards, flat panel display color filters, film and glass surfaces, postal sorting, materials grading, food, pharmaceuticals, and more.
