The GL1402 2k Line Scan Image Sensor from Gpixel features a horizontal resolution and a pixel size of 14 µm for color sorting, offering a balance of performance and advanced line rates.

The device is suitable for food inspection and optical coherence tomography applications. It features a single-line readout rate of up to 81 kHz, enabling high-speed imaging operations at an efficient cost level. It provides an outstanding R, G, B color line rate of up to 27 kHz with 12-bit output for precise color differentiation. The 14-µm pixel size enables a dynamic range of up to 70 dB and a full well capacity of 28.7 ke-. The sensor is available in both color and monochrome versions and comes in a compact 54-pin CLCC package for easy integration.
