Linear Actuator

The DDLM-019-044-01 non-commutated linear actuator from Moticont can be easily integrated into new and existing applications.

The compact, zero-cogging, fully enclosed linear actuator is 0.750 in. in diameter with a housing length of 1.750 in. and a stroke of 0.460 in. The linear actuator can develop 11.0 oz of continuous force and 34.8 oz of peak force. Direct coupling of the actuator to the load results in zero backlash with smooth, high acceleration/deceleration, and high-speed positioning. The shaft has a 3.46-in. internal thread on each end, extending 1.085 in. past the mounting end of the actuator. The shaft extends through the threaded studs at each end of the housing, which can be used for mounting. Long-life plain linear bearings support the internal shaft at both ends of the actuator.

With highly controllable force, stroke length and speed, the DDLM-019-044-01 can be used with a position sensor and controller for the high repeatability and accuracy of a closed-loop application.
