Linear Motor Servo StageThis Lineax-6 series is a modular linear motor stage suiting applications requiring speed and precision motion. The linear encoder with 50-nm resolution supports submicron accuracy and velocities up to 1.5 meters per second. With travel ranges from 50 to 600 mm, it covers a wide scope of applications requiring precise, fast and repeatable positioning. The five year service interval, wrap-around stainless cover and modular cable loop make it a long-term, reliable and easy-to-support translator module. Available with matching digital CNC servo control as a ready-to-operate motion subsystem.
