BEDFORD, N.H., Dec. 2, 2021 — Linear Positioning StageThe LMS-XY linear positioning stage from Bold Laser Automation Inc. is an industrialized aluminum device suited for high-volume, high-speed precision ablation and cutting applications.

The stage’s brushless and ironless linear driven motors provide ultra-smooth motion and are tuned to multiple loads with Tecnotion and Trilogy technology. Built for high-precision throughput, the stage offers Renishaw Tonic to Resolute encoder options from 1-μm to 50-nm resolution. It also includes a 30 series recirculating precision linear motion rail barring design for fluid integration.

With travel lengths of 300 × 300 mm to 1 × 1M with customization available, applications include energy, automotive, medical devices, aerospace, and more.
