IRVINE, Calif., Feb. 24, 2015 — Newport One-XYWith a lower profile and better flatness than stacked stages, Newport Corp.’s One-XY series of integrated two-axis linear stages provides a compact, high-performance solution for demanding XY-positioning applications.

The One-XY series is available with travel ranges from 60 to 300 mm and load capacities between 200 and 800 N. The integrated stage design provides orthogonal axis alignment for superior X-Y accuracy as well as optional cable management.

Applications include wafer inspection, LED scribing and surface profilometry.
