The Lynx R and XSL R series of linear SWIR cameras from Xenics NV provides up to 40-kHz high-speed line-scan imaging.

The devices embed home-designed and manufactured sensors. Industry standard interfaces are featured, and a high-resolution 1024 rectangular pixel option with 12.5 × 250 µm is available. Applications include machine vision, semiconductor inspection, food sorting, spectroscopy, optical fiber monitoring, lidar sensing, and spectral-domain optical coherence tomography.
