The V-571 family from PI is a linear stage family for applications including sample inspection, precision micro-assembly, semiconductor inspection and metrology, and photonics alignment. The stages provide 0.1 µm absolute calibrated position accuracy and both incremental and absolute encoders with 1-nm resolution. The V-571 family also features a body width of 95 mm, availability in four travel ranges from 25 to 100 mm, and an optional counterbalance and brake for XYZ applications.
