VAN NUYS, Calif., Aug. 9, 2022 — Linear StagesThe AQ140 series of linear stages from Optimal Engineering Systems Inc. are available in travel lengths of 600, 700, 800, 900, and 1000 mm.

The long-travel, low-profile, motorized, profile rail positioning stages are available with a two-phase stepper motor with resolutions of 1.25 and 2 μm, with up to 80 mm/s of travel. Other options include a three-phase brushless servo motor or a direct-current servo motor each with a quadrature incremental optical encoder for higher resolutions and speeds. A stepper motor-driven model with a quadrature incremental optical encoder for position verification is also available.
