Linear Stepper StageThe L-511 linear stage series from PI (Physik Instrumente) LP offers incremental motions as small as 0.02 μm.

Available with 2-, 4- or 6-in. travel ranges, the stages accommodate loads up to 22 lb and repetitive cycle rates with velocities up to 45 mm/s. A maximum linear encoder resolution of 1 nm is featured.

The stages are designed for precision automation, micro assembly, optics alignment, scientific research and precision manufacturing, among other applications. Vacuum compatible versions are available.
