The Quantum X two-photon grayscale lithography system from Nanoscribe GmbH targets modern industrial microfabrication needs.

The device is developed for ultra-accurate and free-form microfabrication tasks without compromising speed. It features a resin dispenser and three live-view cameras for process control. To simplify the changeover between hardware configurations, objective and sample holder recognition run automatically. Quantum X microfabrication drastically shortens design iteration cycles, saving time along the complete printing process.

Within its compact housing, prototypes of refractive and diffractive micro-optics, as well as polymer masters, are produced. The system features an industrial form factor with intuitive and ready-to-use interfaces for process control. Applications include manufacturing in the sensor, mobile device, data, and telecommunications sectors.
