SASKATOON, Saskatchewan, June 27, 2022 — The Long Range Lidar system from Draganfly Inc. provides accurate distance measurements and improved resolution over conventional photogrammetry methods.

With a scanning range of 750 m, the system can produce 0.5-cm point cloud precision with 2-cm global accuracy, which ensures high-resolution data at two million points/s. It is compatible with unmanned aerial vehicles, helicopters, and other aircraft. It can also be used as a mobile scanning solution when mounted on a vehicle or backpack.

Applications include mapping and surveying forests, cities, real estate, energy infrastructure, and telecommunications infrastructure, among others.
