Resonant Scanner from EOPCThe fixed frequency resonant optical scanner deflects a light beam with a continuous sinusoidal motion. The driver controls the mirror scan angle and provides a reference signal or a position output. Scan angle to 50 degree optical, mirror size to 10x6mm, frequency to 800Hz.

Vacuum operation available upon request. The scanner is especially suitable for dedicated, high volume, OEM industrial applications. It can be used as an intra-cavity Q-switch and easily incorporated in small size systems and portable instruments.
