Konica Minolta Sensing Americas Inc. has announced the LS-150/160 and CS-150/160 luminance and chromaticity meters, replacements for the LS-100/110 and CS-100A devices.

Luminance MetersThe new models feature a wide measurement range, with the 160 models measuring up to 9,999,000 cd/m2 and the 150 models measuring up to 999,900 cd/m2. An external four-digit backlit display is featured, with data storage for up to 1,000 measurements and USB2 data communications.

Both models are available with a 1° or 1/3° measuring angle. Using the CS-160, chromaticity measurements of an area as small as 4.5 mm are possible.
