Trumpf.jpgThe TruMark 3010 announced by Trumpf Inc. is a diode-pumped solid-state marking laser that operates at 1064 nm. It marks on metals and plastics and in small batches or on individual workpieces. Using intuitive menu navigation, users select their materials and the desired marking process, and the laser creates a test matrix from different marking fields. The user chooses the one with the best result, and the Navigator software determines the best laser settings for marking, including pulse frequency, pulse power and scanner speed. The modular and compact system is convection air-cooled. The scanner, laser head and power supply are connected via a hybrid cable for easy integration into existing production systems.
