The ultrahigh-density recording lenses provide diffraction-limited optical performance at wavelengths down to 244 nm and produce spot sizes ranging from 0.23 to 0.17 µm. Specifications include effective focal length of 2.0 mm, numerical aperture of 0.90 and entrance pupil diameter of 3.6 mm.
