MICROSCOPE STAGES Designed for use with the Leica DMI6000/DMIR inverted microscopes, the H117 flattop motorized stages from Prior Scientific Inc. are suitable for biomedical and materials science scanning operations and for prolonged live-cell studies. All drive components are mounted below the top plate to provide easy access for micromanipulators, environmental chambers and robotic loaders. The 114 × 75-mm travel range enables scanning with a variety of sample holders, including metallurgical and slide, microtitre and well plates, petri dishes, flasks and hemacytometers. The stages can be driven by Prior’s motor controllers or by compatible systems in OEM configurations. The controller is accessed via USB, RS-232 serial port, or optional joystick or keyboard.
