ETTLINGEN, Germany, Jan. 5, 2021 — MIPI CamerasVision Components GmbH has integrated additional Sony Pregius and Starvis sensors with high image quality, light sensitivity, and frame rates for its MIPI IMX226, VC MIPI IMX178, and VC MIPI camera modules.

Featuring a 20-MP resolution, 4K video, and a global reset shutter, VC MIPI IMX183 is designed for applications in medical and laboratory technology, smart agriculture, and drones. VC MIPI IMX226 and VC MIPI IMX178 feature 12- and 6.4-MP resolutions respectively for the same technologies.

The cameras are low cost and easily integrated. They come with monochrome or color sensors and are suitable for commercial solutions.
