MIPI Sensor ModulesThe 4K line of Sony MIPI Sensor Modules from iENSO is meant for off-the-shelf integration of embedded imaging, wireless, and display systems.

The line currently includes the Sony IMX317, IMX377, and IMX334-based based TRUE 4K ultra-high-definition solutions. The iENSO series helps users accelerate the design process by allowing faster integration paths with system on modules as well as various peripheral technologies such as wireless and displays. With STARVIS technology, a wider range of light is collected on the photodiode, achieving high sensitivity. DOL-HDR technology enables high-performance for surveillance camera image, allowing light and dark regions coexist to create a clear image.

The series combines iENSO’s embedded vision IP with Sony’s industrial level of 4K-resolution CMOS sensors. They can reduce costs, risks, and design time for markets such as home robotics and automation, security and surveillance, and autonomous vehicles.
