The MLM-2 from Optometrics USA Inc. is a monochromatic light source module that consists of a light source, Mini-Chrom monochromator and built-in electronics for wavelength scanning. It can be used to test components such as lenses and CCDs, or used with the company's optional integrating sphere. The light source and monochromator are mounted on a baseplate from which they can be removed for use with the company's sample accessories for cuvettes, solid samples or the specular reflectance accessory.
