The MPA Info+ by Simphotek is a searchable database of multiphoton absorbers for applications such as biomedical imaging, lithography, 3-D optical storage, stimulated emission depletion microscopy, photodynamic therapy and confocal microscopy.

The database lists more than 1000 multiphoton-absorbing materials, along with systematic names, structural formulas and more than 20,000 relevant photophysical parameters such as absorption and emission spectra, energy level diagrams, quantum yields, wavelength dependencies and extinction coefficients. The user can search for materials with a combination of precise characteristics and cross-reference them to their sources.

MPA Info+ can be bought as a stand-alone product or as an add-on to the company’s proprietary SimphoSoft simulation tools.
