The multireactor analyzer from Kaiser Optical Systems Inc. is a four-channel in situ system suitable for use in early-process-development reactor systems. The RamanRxn2 uses 1/4-in. probe technology and interfaces with most small reactor vessels. It features the HoloPlex Advantage, which allows simultaneous measurement of all wavelengths. When combined with the company's process-compatible probe optics, the system can be used in pilot plant and manufacturing situations. The device is fiber optics-based, so the engine can be placed more than 200 m away in a control-room setting.
