The Tigris-640 MWIR camera from Xenics NV is designed for applications where high-speed, high-thermal-sensitivity, onboard thermography or broadband detectors are required.
The Tigris-640 is equipped with either an InSb or an MCT detector with 640 × 512 pixels and a pixel pitch of 15 µm. The Tigris-640-MCT camera offers 14-bit images at a maximum full frame rate of 105 Hz. The Tigris-640-InSb comes with a digital detector that works in 13-, 14- or 15-bit mode at a maximum full frame rate of 320 Hz. Both frame rates can be increased by using a window of interest.
The Tigris-640 is suited for a variety of applications such as waveguide inspections, thermal emission inspection on semiconductor devices, and laser beam profiling. Midwave cameras such as the Tigris-640 can also be a powerful tool for semiconductor failure analysis.
