Machine Vision SystemThe CV-X 300 machine vision system series from KEYENCE Corp. of America was developed for a manufacturing setting to detect defects, chips, or dents, locate parts, and inspect the correct assembly.

The CV-X 300 series includes options for IP64-rated high-speed cameras and IP67-rated ring lights and bar lights, which can be simply integrated using the Keyence Smart Bracket. A troubleshooting features allow for less downtime and easier replication of systems throughout entire facilities. Character recognition tools use dynamic regions that do not require an initial character library.
