The BlueCut fiber laser from Menlo Systems GmbH generates pulses at <400 fs with energies of 10 µJ and up to 10 W average power.
The system offers a femtosecond burst mode feature and repetition rates ranging from single-shot to 10 MHz. External tunability of the pulse energy allows materials processing with constant fluence across the part, even with changing spot overlap.
With a central wavelength of 1030 nm and optional frequency-doubled output at 515 nm, it is designed for biomedical and semiconductor microprocessing applications.
