4D Technology has added a suite of components for measuring 300-mm-diameter optics. The AccuFiz series includes a 4-in.-aperture interferometer, a 100- to 300-mm beam expander for horizontal or look-down measurement configurations, a phase-shifting rotational mount for measuring in remote cavity setups, and a 300-mm standard rotational mount for highly repeatable tip, tilt and rotation control of the test and reference optics. Kinematic mounting makes it possible to remove the AccuFiz for free-standing operation, then return it to the beam expander without realigning it.
