Measurement System for 300-mm Optics4D Technology has introduced a suite of products for high-quality, low-cost measurement of 300-mm-diameter optics. The system, designed around an AccuFiz 100-mm aperture interferometer, includes a 100- to 300-mm beam expander, a 300-mm rotational mount for tip/tilt and rotation adjustment, and an external phase shifting mount that adds the ability to measure in remote cavity configurations.
