IC Measure software from The Imaging Source LLC enables on-screen measurement and image capture.

The software gauges lengths, surfaces and angles, and provides image capture and enhancement functions. A calibration tool makes it possible to define image scale. The software is calibrated using an ocular micrometer or an object of known size.

Seamless zoom allows for pixel-perfect measurement. A variety of annotation tools allow the user to add text, graphics and arrow markups. The lens distortion filter corrects barrel, pincushion and vignette distortions. Image processing and optimization routines such as histogram comparison allow for optimal enhancement of relevant image details.

The measurement tools are designed for macroscopic and microscopic applications.
