Measurement for Large-Diameter Optics4D Technology has introduced a suite of accessories for high-quality, low-cost measurement of optics up to 450 mm in diameter. The accessories are designed around the reliable, accurate AccuFiz 100-mm aperture interferometer. The suite includes a compact aperture converter (beam expander) with kinematic mount, tip/tilt/rotation mounts, a tip/tilt/rotation mount with phase shifter, and a range of reference and return optics.
