Measuring VCSEL Optical PowerThe Ophir IS6D integrating spheres measure optical power of widely divergent laser diode sources, such as VCSELs. They accurately measure light that diverges up to ±85° and are delivered as a calibrated unit with a photodiode detector. IS6D-VIS/UV/IR measures powers from 300 nW to 30 W over wavelengths from 200 to 1800 nm. IS6D-IR-170 measures powers from 20 μW to 30 W over wavelengths from 700 to 1800 nm.
