Semrock.jpgDesigned for isolation of individual lines of high-power mercury arc lamps, the MaxLamp family of mercury line filters from Semrock Inc. isolates the 365-nm i-line and 254-nm UV lines. The filters offer an average transmission of >93% and >65% over the 365- and 254-nm bands, respectively, but with a wider out-of-band blocking than current filters. They are offered in 25- and 50-mm-diameter versions and are made with extended ultraviolet ion beam sputtering technology. The filters can be used for spectroscopy and other applications.
